  • For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

Halal Korean food. This is my first time trying korean food. To be honest I do not know if its truly korean. We ordered 4 dishes. Among all the dishes best dish was Rose Tteokbokki. Size for all 4 dishes were small for 4 adults. Treat this place as a fast food in and out rather then dining in.

The teokbokki tastes good, however the portion size was terrible. For the amount I paid it should've been bigger than an appetizer. I also ordered a bipimbap which has a required .49 cents for a container of sauce on the side if you order on Grubhub. Its .99 cents if you want extra. If I'm going to pay for sauce, at least put more than a tablespoon into it. I was told the bipimbap was okay, but the rice was terrible. The rice was really soggy and had a weird burnt and some other taste to it. They also said the rice alone leaves a weird after- taste in your mouth. Overall, for the portion size, I could've gone to H Mart in Edison and paid the same price with a protein added and have gotten way more. Service- as it was a pick up order, the guy inside greeted me, asked for my name for the order and I left. Parking- non existent for that area. If you want to sit and eat, make sure you are in walking distance.

We ordered the fried chicken here and I got the spicy garlic, the chicken was cooked well, no raw parts like the other reviewers mentioned. Well cooked and very flavorful. Had spicy ramen and its alright, not bad, I understand they cook it from the packet coz its an instant noodle so it comes with it’s own seasonings already, and if I add more broth water, it would taste watered down. The rice though has a bit much of sesame oil, I wish it had less, it doesn’t need that much, for the white rice portion they give which is a lot, perhaps a drop or two would be enough. When my rice came it was very damp from the sesame oil, sesame oil is just used for flavoring, not like how you’d treat an olive oil. So the taste is very overwhelming coz it was too much. The owner/manager was there and the young male staffs as well as the manager/older were very nice, they were helpful, accomodating and had good attitudes towards customers, friendly. I would go back to try this place again.

I wasn't a fan of the tteokbokki, it had a nice kick to it but the noodles wasn't tender enough for me. Maybe I should've gotten a fish cake but I thought the tteokbokki already had it, because I didn't taste it. Anyways a waste of my money. I did enjoy the bibimbap, I will stick to that. However the prices are reasonable so I would still recommend this place.

I can’t believe they opened a halal Korean place here! Food was tasty, I got the bibimbap and japchae and the wings were great. Owners are friendly and atmosphere is nice, prices are good.
